  • To Reserve your booking event all payments should be made prior, In the case of cancellation, if is made 72 hours before the event then a 100% refund will be made and if you cancel your event 24 hours before the event then you will get a 25% refund amount. 
  • On the day of event cancellation then there will be no refund will be made. 
  • The laws of the UAE shall control and be applied to any transaction, disagreement, or claim originating from or related to this website.
  • In accordance with UAE legislation, the shipment/services WILL NOT BE PROVIDED TO ANY OFAC COUNTRIES.
  • The website’s policies may change or be modified in accordance with standards and regulations. Customers are accordingly encouraged to frequent these pages regularly to stay informed about updates to the website. Any changes will take effect the day after they are posted.

The card information won’t be kept, sold, transferred, rented, or leased to any other parties.

Customers will get their event tickets through email. It will contain a special reference number, which they must give on the event day.

Multiple posts on the cardholder’s monthly bill may occur as a result of many different services that were purchased at the time of checkout.

Refund Policy

Any transaction amount refunds for purchases made through this website will be made using the original payment method.

Policy For Cancellation and Replacements

Any time an order is placed on the website, it may be cancelled if any of the following apply:

  • The merchant delivers the incorrect ticket.
  • The event is suspended.
  • Since the event date changed, the customer was not satisfied.
